We pack live worms close to pickup so they leave our farm in moist bedding with airflow and simple care instructions.

The bedding is part of the product.

The quart pack is intentionally habitat-rich. Bedding helps balance moisture, protects the worms during pickup, and gives them a familiar environment when introduced into a new bin.

Care after pickup

Keep the worms comfortable.

Add the full quart to one area of prepared bedding. Do not overfeed the first week. Keep the bin cool, shaded, and ventilated.

Simple guidance

What to expect when you get home.

Worms may hide in the bedding after pickup. That is normal. Give them a quiet, cool place and avoid heavy feeding during the first few days.

Transfer to prepared bedding as soon as practical.
Keep containers ventilated and shaded.
Do not rinse worms or separate every worm from the bedding.
Use the included habitat material to seed the new bin.
